Very clean and quiet and good location. Pool was clean and nice and property was in great shape. Very pleased.

Nothing negative. Wish the check in and check out times were closer to hotel times like a 3 pm and an 11am, but I understand.

I like the balcony and pool with hot tub, great location close to everything. Very friendly staff that accommodated our requests. We had a very nice stay at Samana Cay and will be back!

Nice kitchenette area to stock up on food, but local grocery price gouged... a few items and cost triple what it should have been (no prices until he rings you up!!).

Not what I expected- hotel was in a swampy area and no views at all and no access to any beach at location. Disappointing!! Also sleep disrupted one night by loud partying at the pool until well into the morning- shouting and yelling back and forth from others trying to sleep. Miserable night...

not very clean, not in great condition (cracks and scratches on the floor, furniture old and uncomfortable), TVs weren’t working, had to problem solve that. no kitchen towels. location

The room was exactly as described and perfect for our stay! If I had questions or concerns, the hosts were super easy to reach and responded quickly.

There were a few things that weren’t there that we noticed after arriving. Small things like salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters. Not a big deal, just had to run to the store to get. It just would’ve been nicer had those been included
