This property was very clean inside and did indeed have anything we would need from the kitchen!apart from salt and pepper which we bought. You are close to everything, 20 mins from Walmart and target, beaches everywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. The pool and hot tub were mostly empty so easy to get a morning swim. I didn’t realize how handy it was to have beach chairs and umbrella on the property … we used them most days. The balcony faces a very noisy road and two car parks, and some buildings and trees - so you can’t fully see the sunset from there. Thankfully it’s literally a minute walk to get to the beach and see the sunset and the turtles. Also the laundry area had flooded before we arrived so was not working. We came for two weeks and I only wanted an apartment with on-site laundry, so for us this was a big inconvenience. We understand this was out of the owners hands but feel there should be some small monetary compensation for it. All in all a great complex and a well equipped apartment, it’s just a shame the two top wants from an apartment for me personally fell short,

Everything was exactly as described! We had an amazing vacation the condo was close to everything! We walked across the street and swam with the turtles every morning! The food trucks just a mile away was hands down some of the best food we have ever had! I would highly recommend this property

This was absolutely paradise! The condo was clean, had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels for my week stay. All of the appliances worked perfectly. THE BALCONY!!!! Watching the sunset was amazing. I just can’t even explain how awesome this place was. Perfect location in a cozy place. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic location! Fantastic living quarters for our stay. Prior to staying here, on the first leg of our trip we stayed in another condo in the same complex- same exact floor plan- and we weren’t too impressed, although it was still a good place to stay. However, this place was amazingly superior. Clean, better view from balcony, and very comfortable futon. Awesome!!!

It was a shorr walk to the beach. It is quiet and well maintained.

Thank you for having the unit ready for us. Very efficient condo, super clean, well appointed kitchen, and walking distance to the beach and 2 lovely restaurants. The Whale sanctuary across the street was a bonus. We saw several pods of humpback whales off in the distance, spy-hopping and staying near the surface. This was our first time staying in Kihei and your condo facility was just what we wanted. Used the tennis court , pool and spa every day. We will come back!!

We were more than satisfied with this property. All of the minimums were covered: the place was clean, the bed is comfortable, check-in was straight forward, and the host is responsive. But some "extras" really stand out. For example, the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with quality kitchen knives, several complete sets of dishes, a blender, sheet pans, and a cookware set. If you plan to cook your own meals while staying here I doubt you won't find what you need in the kitchen. Also, the host has thought of everything you could need to enjoy your outdoor activities. There are two tennis rackets and several tennis balls so you can take advantage of the complex's tennis courts. And there is a large cooler, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella so you are prepared for fun in the sun. The location of the property could not be better. The Kalepolepo Fish Pond across the street offers an abundance of sea life and the Marine Sanctuary Visitors Center is a great way to spend an afternoon when you need a break from the sun. Keaka Beach is a block down the street and it has great sand and manageable waves. If the beaches across the street are too familiar after a few days Kamaole Beach Park I, II, and III are only a fifteen-minute drive away and they offer spectacular body boarding, crystal clear waters for snorkeling, and fine white sand. For all the essential supplies the Piilani Shopping Center is a five-minute drive or thirty-minute walk away, The Shops and Wailea are a 15-minute drive down the highway, and you can get to Kahului in under 30 minutes. In fact, I would say that Kihei is the perfect homebase if you want to explore the entire island because you can get almost anywhere on the island in under an hour. If you are looking for a fully stocked vacation property with plenty of amenities in the perfect location to enjoy all of Maui's offerings then this is the place for you!

We loved all the amenities. A well stocked kitchen and beach accessories. Cooler came in handy several times. Enjoyed the beach park and sea turtles right across the street. The pool and hot tub were excellent as well!

This condo had everything we needed and more. The host provided a lot of household and supplies and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed to put together meals. It seemed really well thought through. The balcony was a lovely place to spend our time.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The hosts were very thoughtful and provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and some laundry detergent pods (for paid onsite laundry facility). We also enjoyed soaking in the complex’s hot tub after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and while there’s road noise in the unit during the day, it was quiet for sleeping at night. The location is fantastic for accessing all parts of the island and isn’t too touristy feeling—there’s some casual restaurants and a grocery store just down the street. We were very grateful for this lovely place to stay and highly recommend!

Perfect place for a couple who want to be at a central location as well as so close to the beach! Laura was so friendly and responsive. The condo was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was right there. We would 100% stay again when back in Maui.

The place was great and equipped with everything we needed. Laura was so sweet and very flexible. We landed early and wanted to spend the day at the beach. We were able to coordinate to grab the beach gear early and she was very helpful/responsive. We will for sure book here again next time we’re in Maui!

the location is excellent, you can walk and in a minute you will be on the beach. The house is very comfortable and very well divided, I felt very comfortable and I loved the pool and the social areas that they offer. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon

(A little outdoor noise came in from the window because it’s a busy street, but nothing that bothered us) the place comes with some amenities, we think that something that would have been great would be some board games. But overall we loved the chilled environment and we enjoyed our stay. Will book again for sure!

The listing and photos do the space justice. Easy to check-in, plenty of beach towels and amenities for guests to use. Walk across the street to a beach park. The only note would be that the location is right off a main road, so there is traffic noise inside the unit. Otherwise, great stay.
