Our stay in mesquite was great. The place was a great deal and the beds were extremely comfirtable!

Great location very near Wolf Creek Golf Course. Clean, functional 3/2 unit.

This place is nice however there are some issues. The most frustrating is the water is barely hot enough for taking a shower. The dishes were not very clean, had to wash them before using. And then the place was not adequately stocked with paper towels and toilet paper for staying 6 days. Other than these issues the place was quite nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

We are very familiar with Mesquite.. we have family there. My husband's mother has lived there since 2005. Recently passed away so we were there for her Memorial service. We had extended family coming so decided to book the VRBO. The property is nice. In the description it does say that 8 can stay there, but I don't think the property can accommodate 8. Perhaps 6 but a couple of the beds are smaller. If there were 6 adults it might be a little uncomfortable. The smaller beds would accommodate 2 children each no problem. The living room furniture does not make into sleeping units. We thought there would be 6 to 8 of us but only ended up with 4 and the accommodations were perfect for what we needed. We did not. cook at all in the unit. However, there are 2 issues that occurred. 1- all of the coffee cups were very dirty. Stained and did not look like they had ever been washed. My husband cleaned them all! He also found some dirty silverware in the drawer. Perhaps the cleaning people need to check these things out after people leave 2 - the hot water system is marginal. Barely hot enough to shower in. These issues are not so critical that we would not consider staying there again, but I would caution that 6 adult guests would be a stretch.

It was clean and quiet. We liked having laundry in unit and a full kitchen. There was a water purifier in the fridge and some Tupperware in the cupboards. Also some basics like salt, pepper and olive oil! This place had some nice extra touches and conveniences.

My husband and I and our 24 year old Son had a fun weekend in Mesquite. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the Casinos and some good restaurants at a few of the golf courses. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything about this property was outstanding. We had all the comforts of home. Not sure how important this is to future renters but there was only one TV in the living room. The bedrooms did not have TV’s. It didn’t matter to us. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The washer and dryer were state of the art and a bonus for us. The unit was conveniently located. We will definitely return next year. Thanks Bryce.

Everything looked the way it did in the listing. The only issue we had during our stay was that there was no cold water(water came out hot of the cold faucets). However, it turned out to be a citywide problem with all water customers. The host got back to us promptly and let us know the ‘cold’ water temperature was 95° everywhere. My only suggestions that could make the condo perfect would be replacing both toilets with larger ones (they seemed extremely small to sit on), and to change out all the ‘daylight’ LED lightbulbs for GE Reveal LED lightbulbs or similar for more pleasant lighting. The cool bright daylight color bulbs gave me terrible headaches. The lightbulbs are a personal preference of mine, but the place was well lit otherwise. I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful condominium. My husband golfed the entire time we stayed in Mesquite, and my son and I spent our days hiking Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Parks. Bonus about the condo- there is a full sized washer and dryer!

The condo couldn't have been better for our 3 day golf trip. Bryce was great to deal with - very accommodating. Close proximity to the golf courses, restaurants and anything else we wanted to do in Mesquite was another positive. When we schedule our next trip, we will check availability on this property first.
