The washing machine didn’t work and the booking agent told us they would have someone come look at it, but they never did.

property needed sorting out, iron and steam dryer only had continental points so unable to use. shower hose was leaking, no shower mat in bath and water temperature very hot so did not use as having slipped already in bath. Unable to use air conditioning no instructions and the weather was very hot, no instructions for washing machine very frustrating when stopped in mid cycle and door was stuck, eventually my husband got the door opened but had to wring towels and shirts out but no clothes aired or pegs! Only given 2 bath towels, one hand towel and a tea towel so needed washing machine. Also had a three legged small table in lounge wall so moved as soon wobbly and unusable. it was such a disappointment as our original accommodation had been cancelled just as we were leaving from Cornwall for the Coldplay Wembley concert and I have mobility issues and use a wheelchair, so it was a rush get to London on same day and check in then drive to Uxbridge then tube to Wembley in fact we missed the first act London Grammar!

it’s just what you see in the pictures, place is neat, clean and spacious. the only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness. I would sum it up as you get what you pay for. the management is nice and friendly, i was able to extend my checkout time by paying a fee of 20 pounds.

Everything is good, the only thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the webs (spider or dust webs).
