Cute apartment and phenomenal location if you're planning to travel around Lake Annecy. Apartment was a comfortable temperature (during my warm/hot fall stay)
Stair level was hard to identify, which made finding/identifying the door a bit hard. The pillows were not quite comfortable (but I need a decent pillow). No wine opener!

I loved the location. The apartment was right in the heart of shopping and restaurants, close enough to the bus station to comfortably walk, and mere steps away from the wide open greenway that led right to the Lake.
It wasn’t a problem for me, because I’m ab,e to negotiate stairs, but there are 67 steps up to the apartment. Yes, there is a lift, but in an old building, I have a tendency to avoid them. But that’s just me.

Appartement peu lumineux.
