It has a clean, spacious, and cozy interior with a standard double bed. Convenient distance to the city center. Recommended for business or leisure stay. Quite building you can have a rest.

A clean and pleasant room with an excellent bathroom. The lady looking after the site was extremely efficient and helpful. It's quite a quiet area of Wakefield and there are a couple of shops close by and two pubs not far away.
The problem here was not the premises, but the advertisement for them. I was led to believe that this was a self-contained apartment, with bathroom, and kitchen. This is not the case. the kitchen is shared between four flats, the pans and oven were unusable and much of the food I brought to cook in the evenings was wasted. Had it been clear that this was the case, I would have booked elsewhere. But that apart, these are nice flats and the cleanliness and comfort were excellent.

The place was spotless really good value for money We would definitely stay again. It was peaceful and in a great location for shops.
It isint a dislike but would have liked a mat when getting out of shower. I don't like slippery floor when getting out in case I fall.

Clean and bright room. Comfy bed & pillows, decent power for shower too. Good location for what I needed, and the host was good at communicating prior to booking. Good place to stay for short stay.

Comfy room, bright and airy.. Nice little touches with the decor and plants.
Property smelt fresh and fragranced throughout and noise from other rooms was minimal.
Gaining access was simple, and ample parking also a bonus.
Took a little while to figure out how to connect the tv to the WiFi but that might just have been me!
Would certainly recommend and stay here again. Good communication with the host.
Although a fridge is provided, there was no kettle or cups etc. The booking description is misleading as I was expecting a kitchenette.
However after liaising with the host, she advised there was a well equipped kitchen to use and share with other guests. This provided the items I needed but personally I would have preferred this to be in the room. That said, it would not put me off staying again as I now know this!
I would ask Booking.com to amend the description of the room facilities to make it clear that the kitchen is shared.
