Heritage House Inn on Cape Cod, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Breakfast was okay, waffles and yogurt and oatmeal were very good. Location of hotel was great.

Very clean spacious room. The beds were super comfy. Also the pillows which I always have issues with. Nice shower. Looked new. Plenty of nice towels. Breakfast included was fine although I don’t really eat breakfast. We didn’t use amenities because we left early. Would definitely stay again

Everything was just fine. Sorry don’t have any complaints.

Staff was great. Bedroom and bathroom were exceptional clean and smelled great. The extra shade with the decorative lighthouse was not only functional, but very nautical.

Breakfast could have had more options. Coffee was just so so. Also, no exhaust fan in the bathroom for shower steam to escape.

Beds were pretty good and shower was hot. Clean bathroom too. Great location, friendly front desk person (young man). Fluffy towels. Pillows.

Room was damp, dark, and cold, and stayed that way for the duration even though it was 78 and sunny outside, and we turned on every light available. Guests should be able to at least crack open a window especially given the cost of the room. Windows can be bolted for security, but you can set the bolts back a few inches so that the windows can still be opened slightly to let in fresh, dry air. Even the carpet felt wet right when we first checked in. No fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was quite dim definitely not ideal lighting when trying to do makeup before a wedding. When we checked out we wanted to grab a coffee for our drive home but the lobby door was locked with a sign that they were bit at the desk.
