La colazione era buonissima con dolci e marmellate preparate dal gestore. Ambiente accogliente e piacevolissimo pieno di verde e fiori. La location stupenda.

francesca is soooo nice, we were received with a lot of tips about the surroundings, and we laughed so much together. she is a great host who really takes care of the visitors and has attention for them. exceptionel. the location was very relaxed, in the middle of the nature but relatively close to the beach. the breakfast is good.

A very friendly and hospitable contact and dialogue with our host Fransesca. The breakfast well cared fot and all the information on the environment. If we have an opportunity we will be back.

Convenient location with lots of activities and wonderful places to visit at a fair distance.

We only had 3 days!

I was looking nice and quiet accommodation at nice place. everything which I was looking for, I finded , at this house. It was pleasure, stay at their house, with kind care from Francesca and her husband.

We especially enjoyed Francesca‘s and her husband’s hospitality.

All was great for us.

I have read a recomendation from an extensive german tuscany guide ("mein tip") and booking com reviews. From all that, I can mainly confirm one point: The owners really care for you to give recomendations and explanations and tips and help you with anything. If you want a personal exchange with your hosts you will be happy there. The setting is in the woods, it is quite silent and pleasant. Breakfeast is good. Parking is free and safe. You are very close to many intersting places in the region; so it is strategically located. It is more economic than some other high priced accomodations. The room was spacious. we had no issues with mosquitos end of september with open windows and not using repellent.

Main point: matrass not really good and a bit short (it is still ok for 1,73 person). The room climate is ok but not outstanding (end of september, without using aircon or ventilator, just opening windows). As a result, sleeping quality (which is a key requirement for an accomodation) was just average. The breakfeast consists mainly of sweet stuff and lacks healthy options. Allthough the room was large with extra beds that we did not need (we actually had booked another room), it lacked cabinets for clothes (we did not need it but some people may miss them).
