The Nest - Complimentary Massage Included

Lovely hotel - in Rugando so very convenient for a stay in Kigali, particularly if you're going to be at the convention centre. The rooms are very comfortable, bathrooms have great water pressure and the bar and the breakfast are lovely. Staff very friendly. I didn't eat any other meals but it's a great spot.

The electricity might be a bit on and off as sometimes the light in my room flickered somewhat. I could have done with a small fridge/freezer in the room but that is because I am still breastfeeding and I could have frozen milk and taken it back with me. Not a huge deal though. If you have movement impairment the stairs down to the main hotel are quite steep from the road. I am pretty confident the staff would help you but it is something to bear in mind if you have crutches or other mobility aids.

I loved the outdoor-indoor concept. It felt really homely. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely and attentive.

Nothing comes to mind tbh.

The location was good, the place was charming, the breakfast was great, the people friendly.

The complimentary massage was in a bright room with no relaxing music and a lady masseuse thta took phone calls while in the session. Take a pass on it, its a waste of time.

The rooms were very clean

The show temp was not to my liking as I had barely warm showers and the bathroom door was broken and I couldn’t close it to block out light . The complementary massage was Nice but I Had no privacy to change. The masseuse phone kept ringing , which broke the whole vibe. The meals were also not the best and the chefs need more training I’m actually still tending to a runny tummy I got while there from the dinner and eggs made the next day. . The staff was very kind and made my stay pleasant. For the amount paid better food , comfort and attention to detail was expected .
