Accommodation and the facilities and even how the keycard works got thoroughly explained. Even if I was in need of something they were willing to help.
From the 24/7 gym to even the cinema or study room.
I got to make the most of my time there so i am thankfull.
I guess the room was okay nothing too special.
Even with cleaning its not like they will pick it up daily just keep in mind that youll have some responsibility yourselves.
The rest was decent and clean.

Nice sizeable and comfortable bed, clean as well with good sheets. The desk was large enough to accommodate a laptop as well as other materials. Also good drawers for clothes and to leave your luggage. Also a lot of available light throughout, makes it naturally well lit.
Bathroom is small and the garbage bin wasn’t working properly. Can be an issue for some who will look for a decent WC. The shower has some limescale too.

The staff is very supportive and the room is great for a short stay (excelent if you are a student)
The shower drain was a bit clogged when we arrived and the toilet flush stopped working. At the same time, staff scheduled a maintenance for the next possible time, and it got fixed fast

I didn't really like anything about the place like for the price I paid I would have expected it to be much better and I feel bad for the students that have to live there all year
The mattress was covered in hair it was disgusting. The bathroom not very clean, the room was like a sauna had to have windows and fan on 24/7. Everything you might want to see in the city is around an hour or more away

"We loved everything, especially considering the price. But these didn't spoil our stay at all."
