Two bedrooms, master is roomy and bed is comfy. Second bedroom has three beds, mattresses aren’t very comfortable, but they were good enough. We didn’t have wifi but our cell service was 5G so we used our phones as hot spots, the checkin instructions didn’t have the name of the wifi so we tried all of them only to learn the router was unplugged. (It’s located behind the plant in the kitchen). Couch is worn out but we weren’t there long enough for it to be an issue. Unit is located on the end so it was quiet. Parking was fine. Location was great, nice places to eat within walking distance. Overall a decent stay and a decent place. All expectations met.

Nice outside area but the gem is inside. Well decorated, maintained, clean, QUIET and much bigger than assumed. You will enjoy what you get for the affordable price. Walk everywhere, close to everything! Host was responsive and thoughtful. Booking here again would be MY pleasure.

I have to say we we were quite disappointed with the property. The “decor” pictures online made it seem like we were getting a cute boho type apartment. That is definitely not the case which is super disappointing for the money. First, the apartment smelled bad , I think it was old, musty, dirty, damp smell. The house decor did look like the pictures but the craftsmanship in the house update was very poor. Huge gaps in the floor, messy painting, furniture falling apart, a huge support board and screws fell of the bunkbed in the middle of the night while my daughter was sleeping on it.Then kitchen was completely ill-equipped with only 2 coffee cups and 3 wine glasses. Clogged main bathroom sink, so clogged there would have been no way for the cleaning people to have missed it. No lighting in the family room, the only lamp was broken. One or two outlets in each room with no power strips so no where to charge anything. I actually asked the owner if the units had fans because we are a family that sleeps with fans and they responded no so we packed some and flew across the country with them only to find out they had some. Which was nice and but also made angers. I agree with the other review about the door barely feeling locked, but bright hood was nice and felt safe.

Stayed with a friend for a few days while we explored Scottsdale. Fantastic location near Old Town and very “Melrose Place” vibe. Could have used a few more mugs and glasses and as an older building it had a few quirks but it was lots of fun and Jacob was a great host

Awesomely responsive host. Convenient to Old Town. A little older place - nostalgic vibe. Unheated pool too cold to use. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again for the convenience.

There are many pros: location, amount of beds, laundry in unit, ample towels, comfortable couch. There are some cons: hard to find parking, cockroaches in bathrooms and kitchen, lack of cooking supplies like pans and hot mitts, glass door that locks feels unsafe, early sunrise shines in main bedroom early. Overall it’s a good place for the money.

Excellent location to downtown! Plus there is a small market with great coffee, wine, and a small menu. The hosts provide some water bottles and snacks which was very nice when arriving late. The space was comfortable and just like the pictures. The architecture in the area is throwback to the 1950’s !

This property is truly walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Very clean and looks like what you see in photos. No real drawbacks other than the sofa is very soft an not good for sleeping on, if that bothers you. This property was very well priced and much better than a hotel. We recommend this rental.
