The property is in a very pleasant clean neighborhood, close to downtown but not to close to get that extra traffic. The vicinity was perfect for what I was there for the house is clean spacious and has a warm cozy feeling.

Beautiful house. Very inviting. Nice hostess snacks and wine.

This property met all of our needs and was close to the room. Very much appreciated the fact that we put in. It definitely all of our needs and the communication was good

We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a couple of issues. The listing highlighted a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this rental. When we arrived we called our host who told us the hot tub was not working and should have been notified by the property owner. In addition, the TV in the living area could only be turned on but not used to change channels or stream, which again limited our ability to enjoy that as well. The only reason I felt I could give this a rating was that the home overall was clean and comfortable and we were able to find alternatives to enjoy our time spent in Fredericksburg. Since these features were part of what we paid for, I have requested a partial refund or discount to account for the inconvenience. I hope the property owners find that it is a fair request and hope to hear back from them soon.
