Sandcastles condo complex is wonderful. Pool is perfect. Condo nice. The only down side was the ocean view. Construction material and port-a-potty was our view. We knew there was going to be construction, but had hoped for a better ocean view

Convienient, comfortable,amenities well placed. Work being done on condo. Information given to us by VRBO very inaccurate. Unable to use oceanfront balcony for over 2 1/2 weeks without moving balcony furniture in an out each day. Did not sign up for that. Dissapointed that the last phone call I made was not returned. VRBO called us on our way to Florida to tell us about the 2 options we had. Right hand not Knowing what left hand doing. In the end was not able to have full use of condo without lifting chairs and tables in and out. We are retired and the 2 friends are handicapped. Never had an experience like this.

We rented this place during Hurricane Ian. So we did not get to use any of the amenities other than Wiif. Place was well kept and clean! Comfortable seating and beds. Very few instructions for guests. NO information regarding the garage or parking space provided. Kitchen needs a good restock of pots, pans and cooking utensils. And living room couch was also a hide-a-bed which had not been mentioned. We experienced water damage from the unit above us during the storm. Would rent again.

Great unit with a beautiful sunrise view of the ocean. The unit is very well appointed with everything you need and more. Everything is top quality. Anything you can imagine wanting in a condo unit was there. We had a great stay!

Plenty of space for everyone

The view and location was great and it was enough room for 6 people. Place desperately needs maintenance. Toilet seat in master bath held on by only one bolt. Kitchen 3 way switch works half the time. Ridiculous trying to hook up tv and finding remotes. Found dishes in cupboards that weren't even cleaned before being put back.

Second time staying here...we enjoyed it very much.....although the beaches seem to have grown n weeds and grass alot more

Everything spot on with this well stocked ocean facing Condo. No complaints at all, just wish we could have stayed longer, thank you

F you. There was a hurricane and you didn’t refund us any money or lets us schedule for a date when the place gets cleaned up. Are you actually serious that u keep sending us these opinions whe. We weren’t even there!

The AC never worked.

Property was as expected, we had stayed at this condo in other units before, but needed a 3BR this time. Disappointed that it was not mentioned that there was building wide construction on the exterior of the building which required heavy equipment as well as lots of jack hammering. The crew was jack hammering outside of our door starting around 8:30am one morning and was loud until after 3pm. Also note this place is managed by Vacasa so you aren't really dealing with an owner just some management company, which is maybe why this wasn't mentioned/known.

We had vacationed Cocoa Beach in 2021 and loved it. While there we started scoping out different condos for a family vacation for 2022. We actually stopped by in summer 2021 and checked out location, Beach and even talked to a few guests that were currently staying there. Everything and everyone was a knock it out of the park home run. We checked in July 2022 with 4 adults and one 15 yr old. Condo is even larger then we imagined, location great,beach great, extras( beach chairs,umbrella, beach stuff) provided. We did buy one additional nice size umbrella and left for future guests. I can't say enough about how wonderful our week was there. We would definitely stay again. One additional huge positive, the wrap around porch overlooking the ocean is huge and has numerous chairs for having a drink and watching the waves!

The condo was a great location and clean. Had everything you needed. There was a large supply of bath towels and hand towels. Very cute decorated! Also liked all the lawn chairs on patio for all my family.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. However we felt that we did not get a clear description of the complex. Perhaps we missed something, but I don’t recall any communication that there would be a key needed to get on and off the beach and up in the elevator/stairs. The complex was very secure, 8 ft chain link fence around the perimeter. We were caught off guard when we arrived since we did not know these details. Perhaps this is typical of Cocoa Beach. But at first, we questioned if the neighborhood was unsafe. It did not seem to be. The complex was fine, friendly residents and guests. Our unit needs a remodel and update, but that didn’t bother us. The balcony however is overlooking/adjacent to public beach access and dumpsters/trash cans. We closed the hurricane shutters 1/2 the way to block that view and for privacy from the stream of folks coming on and off the beach. Once we were used to that, we enjoyed spending our time on the balcony and the view of the ocean is lovely. We didn’t use the pool, so no comment there. We did spend every day on the beach and it was great. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and lots of beach chairs and beach toys. Overall, it was absolutely fine for our needs.

Overall, the property was real nice. Upon arrival though, the dishwasher had obviously been run but the dishes were covered with dried food and mold. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean so the assumption was a dishwasher issue. We discovered you must rinse dishes thoroughly and not put the soap in the dispenser because it doesn’t always open. The wife spent 4 hours getting the dishes usable. The towels were luxurious and the bedding (sheets/pillows/comforters) excellent. The living area furniture was not comfortable. The balcony view is wonderful! We had a handicapped person with us and it was a real challenge accommodating him.

The view was great, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and appliances. The condo was clean and the facilitates were quiet and clean as well.

The property was great! The condo had beautiful views and was so peaceful! The only real issue we had was when we first arrived the elevator code that was provided to us was wrong!! Therefore we couldnt get up to the condo. It took an extra 45 min to get up to the condo! We called the property twice and they were unable to help... We ended up getting to the condo because someone got off the elevator which then we got on and went up to the condo. After getting into the condo we found the real elevator code and the rest of our stay was AWESOME! Without the correct elevator code you cant even get the elevator to open... and stairs are locked with a key that you get once in the condo. Even after ALL that I would totally stay here again!!

It was a great home with enough beds, rooms, bathrooms, and space for 2 adults and 5 kids. Oceanview was great, close to the beach. Pool is easy to access and warm! The staff at Sandcastles really keep up with the place very well. Will definitely come back!
