Les équipements de cuisines et la télévision ne marchaient pas , malgré l caution de 600 euros payés

The service provided for this apartment was the worst that we have ever experienced. We were accommodated in this place for three weeks in total, for a quite high price, but it was not worth it at all. When we arrived, we got wrong instructions, and while we tried to ask for the right instructions, lady just couldn't or wouldn't understand that the entering code is not valid. The apartment seems to be exploited a lot, but not maintained very well. The sinks are clogged, the dishwasher is not filled with salt and shine liquid, the basic necessities such as salt and pepper are not provided. When we asked for the second key, during our second stay, we were told that the previous guests had broken it, and that was it. We were regularly charged with 500 euro deposit at the beginning, so we assume the previous guest was charged as well. The sink flooded the bathroom at one moment, we immediately reported it, but the maintainer was engaged three days after, while we were out, not informing us, at all. All in all, we do not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Very large space inside and outside/balcony even more than you need. Walking distance to train station to reach Paris center. Neighborhood is very safe and apartment is very secure and luxurious. Parking is easy inside the building. Agent that helped us to check in was very kind and helpful even we booked last minute and late evening. We enjoyed our stay. And they refunded deposit in couple days without a problem.
