My husband and I left Dockside this morning. Leaving the condo I wanted to tell you of our experience. Upon arrival we were early but saw a nice lady that said she was an owner. She let us in early which was nice. When she walked in she said oh we need to paint this one. It seems no one had been in there for awhile. The condo had a musty smell. No problem we opened the doors and aired it out. I am a very clean person and brought a few cleaning items with me. The condo was not clean at all. I started in one room and worked my way around. I did call the number and talked to a nice lady and told her of some of the problems we had and told her I cleaned but did not want to be blamed for any of the problems. The toilet in Master bath was black at the bottom I cleaned it and the shower floor. I believe black mold. The floors were so dirty my socks were black. We paid way too much for this condo.I also cleaned the outside furniture that we sat on. Icing on the cake. We accidentally forgot to put our tag in the car went upstairs remembered went down to put it in and our car was towed. Could have put a sticker on it or even a ticket. My husband has a heart problem and this really upset him and myself. $170 later and a cab fee we got our car back. Oh the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser did not work. I told the lady it was ok we could manage without.Tables were scratched overall old furniture in deep need of replacing. Also windows very dirty.

Nice place and location except for the construction of hotel nearby, was a bit noisy.

The property was as advertised. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Amazing sunsets of the gulf from the balcony. Definitely will be back in 2025.

Loved this property. It was perfect for our family. We will be returning. Such a great experience.

Highly recommend staying here. The apt was big and very nice.. You can walk everywhere. The beach was across the street and the marina was on the other side. I would definitely stay here again..

Had a wonderful stay!!!

Overall stay was good. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is we had a ant another issue during our stay that had to be mitigated. Just a inconvenience for us, I do understand these things happen again just inconvenience. I would recommend host getting some plastic dishes and cups abeing a host to families just easier then glassware. Unit was great elevators in the building extremely slow.

This condo was very nice and exactly as the listing shows. Super roomy. All information sent prior to date of service and the “Alexa” communication and check in and out was great. Not crowded and not far from beach. Was able to walk everywhere! Will definitely be back.
