The location was ideal for town, trains and the parks. The apartment was lovely and clean and comfy.

Could do with bigger quilts and softer pillows as they are very lumpy. Also need more seating in the lounge as for 4 it was cramped and one chair very low!

Very clean and large property

The living room was spacious and I loved the little yard and the french doors .. it allowed more space to the place . the kitchen was modern and had everything but it there is no dishwasher and it has no exhaustion fan so if you want to cook for your family a large meal then think twice. the toilet seat was a bit wobbly and there were burn marks near the french door . there was an uncleaned baking sheet in the oven and the sodas needed more cleaning . they do provide cleaning and house keeping stuff but it’s not my job to clean after others. other than that everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

it’s a very secured property and even mail arrived safely in this short period. location was close to city center street and even closer to railway station

the property is beautiful and with a few tweaks could be exceptional. there is so much space and is in a great location. The 2 people who welcomed us were friendly and knowledgeable.

there was a giant pile of rubbish in the yard just dumped by the side of the door. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless but there were hair balls in the bedrooms and the carpets just didn’t seem clean like they hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The blinds in all rooms were poor quality and have gone a bit tatty, they are not effective in the bedrooms, the windows are HUGE, and the rooms are flooded with light at all times including the middle of the night when a building at the back has a floodlight that when it comes on is not stopped at all by the blinds. The thermostat was broken while we were there, it didn’t affect us because the apartment is sooo hot that we wouldn’t have needed the heating on at all. also, could do with a new plug in the bath as it doesn’t fit very snug. There was a 3 legged table in the living room where one of the legs had been broken and an attempt at repair had been made by somebody as there was excessive amounts of glue/putty on there; the repair was unsuccessful and the table had been propped up so you couldn’t see that the third leg was broken and the top was just resting on it - our daughter placed her jigsaw on the table and it collapsed onto her legs - she’s 2. We mentioned this to the WhatsApp number we were given to contact with any issues on check in but had no acknowledgment.

Modern

Massive pile of rubbish in the garden which resulted in us not being able to sit outside or have the windows open because of the smell which in a heatwave was miserable. Broken coffee table left in the living room and clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Sent a message to owner but no reply. Cleanliness in kitchen was poor, most dishes and utensils were dirty as well as cupboards. Such a shame as it's a nice property just needs to be looked after better.
