The apartment was in a perfect location for our night out at Plymouth arena, it was comfortable & well furnished & we had a very nice meal at the Imperial Garden Chinese just behind the apartment.

I booked the apartment for the location & because it said there was free parking available. It was expensive for one night stay but was part of a special treat for my disabled sister, taking her to a concert at Plymouth arena. I messaged the host to check there would be a parking space available just before our stay & was told there would be parking directly outside the front door to the apartment block. When we arrived there was no space so I rang a number for the host. A gentleman came & eventually, after moving 2 cars, we had a suitable parking spot. However, he was very unfriendly & made us feel very unwelcome, as if we were a problem. The day we left we saw him & he didn't even acknowledge us. This whole experience spoilt it for us.......we paid a lot of money for one night, the hosts/owners could have had the decency to make us feel welcome!

The location was brilliant, we were central for all our needs. The whole place was very clean, the bedrooms were a nice size, it was very comfortable, any problems and a young man, Kevin sorted them out within minutes. One extra plus point was that you had a parking space. There were so many food outlets we had trouble choosing. A great break.

It was clean. Easy instructions to get in. Convenient parking right in front of property. It had two bedrooms with large comfortable beds and large windows.

The location wasn't that great. Didn't feel very safe, but it was quiet. The entrance was behind a Chinese restaurant and in a back alley, where all the big rubbish bins of the restaurants are kept. The ventilation wasn't that great, so one could smell the foods being cooked either at the adjacent restaurant or the other apartments.

Apartment was roomy

Wasn’t a lot of hot water. We didn’t have a car park when we arrived and had to contact them. Ended up it was very tight. Some lids for the saucepans would be good and some new plates to replace all the chipped ones. The tap in the shower needs to be fixed.
