Spent a wonderful week in late August at this property. Very spacious home for our multi-generational family (the in-law suite was great). We loved the seclusion of the backyard and the kids loved the ping pong table and foosball table. Excellent location in the center of Orleans - making it super easy to get to all the beaches, shopping, and the highway. Seamless check-in process with very responsive property management.

Great house, could use some updating in areas, kitchen upstairs bathroom. Could also provide more cleaning supplies, we had to buy our own to maintain cleanliness. Kitchen was kind of beat could use some updating for the price we are charged.

Overall very happy with our stay!!! Professional and timely communication, very clean house, clearly seasoned property management company. Great, central location easy to get to beaches and grocery etc.
The only piece that left me wanting a little more (just my personal opinion) for the >$1000/night all-in off-season price was the overall furnishing and decor. The dining room for example felt a bit barren and plain and therefor we didn’t spend too much time there. The auxiliary furniture such as bedstands and dining chairs and dressers could all have been a bit better quality and the place overall could use a bit more of an intentional interior design effort rather than a generic anchor hung on the wall here or there.

Renting was seamless. We were able to enter the property a couple of hours early because the cleaning had already been done from the previous week. We were close to shopping, the beach, and a host of activities in Orleans Massachusetts.

Great house and location!
We enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving at this lovely home. It had more than enough space for us and was clean, stocked with the basics we needed, and easy to get to. The owners communicated via email and text throughout our stay and let us know in advance what we might need to bring (especially important as we prepared a Thanksgiving feast). I highly recommend this property.

Large house that can easily accommodate three families. Spacious yard for kids to run around and play hide and seek. Very clean and nicely decorated. Linens and towels are provided which was really nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a lot of fun cooking together. The company is super responsive and communicating clearly the check in and check out process. Overall a nice and relaxing vacation.
