Great location, easy walk to Skanderberg Square.
Friendly host.
A little hard to find the access point on arrival.

Very comfortable bed, very clean and perfect location.
- cleaning crew started using the shared washing machine from the shared entrance to our apartment and another one, at 6:30 am on a Sunday. Had to go ask them to stop it so we could try and finish our night. They stopped until 9 am, then continued washing machines until 10pm Sunday night.
- kitchen : ok but pan is maybe dangerous for your health (deep scratches, colored), also missing spoons.

We had an excellent experience staying at Heart of Tirana Apartments. Ray was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location suited us perfectly, as it was within walking distance of Skanderbeg Square, with plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Heart of Tirana Apartments to anyone visiting Tirana. We would happily stay here again!
The only minor issue was that we found the pillows provided to be quite thick and a little uncomfortable. However, when we raised this with Ray, he promptly provided us with replacement pillows, so it really wasn’t much of an issue at all.
