Everything was wonderful. Thanks to Hara.
There was a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine with capsules provided, a hot and cold water machine, a frappe machine, air conditioning in each room and two terraces overlooking the sea.
A wonderful place I recommend with both hands 6+
The only thing I didn't like was the dependence of the air conditioners on open windows in neighboring rooms.

The location is amazing, the beach is upfront. There is all you need in 2-5min walk max. Parking is right away, restaurants, food, everything. The house is big for 2 families and there is a big balcony.
Wi-Fi on the second floor was bad.
You need to close all doors, first and second floor to run the aircon. It's stupid because you might be on the first floor and want to open door but cool the rooms upstairs (and you can't).
There were not enough sheets to cover, on the queen bed was one big cover.

The host was very nice and kind, helped us any requests.
The location: directly next to the beach and beach bar. 2 terraces with view to the beach, spaceous hall, well equipped apartment. 2 bootles of wine as gift. All circumstance was given to enjoy every moment of the holiday. Surely going back again!
