It was a lovely, spacious caravan. Very homely and had everything we needed.

It was very hot at night but that was nothing to do with the caravan - it was the weather - haha!

pleasant location close to beach and entertainment. Easy to get too. Nice town close to resort

The car parking area was only big enough for one car, we were told we could park the other car on the road but half way through the week the rather curt and abrupt security officer told us we had to move the car.

It was clean and comfortable and very well equiped

Host tried to withhold some of the bond even though there was no damage. Promoted as having see views: untrue and misleading.

Very nice caravan, clean and had nice little touches from the owner to make our stay enjoyable-beds made up, clean fluffy towels, condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate/coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was all lovely and the chocolate fondue set left for us. All of which were lovely touches.

No passes for the pool as on the platform we booked with it stated free swimming. After discussing this with the owner she said this wasn't the case and although she apologised and said we we could purchased passes, it was expensive for the weekend and Parkdean will no longer let you pay to use the pool (passes only now.) This was disappointing for my kids and I feel it should be noted.
