ESE HOTEL

Really good breakfast. Rooms cozy and nice. Comfortable beds. The staff was really nice and welcoming

The pool and sauna area is really slipery. The pool tiles are dark so it is really hard to see the stairs and the wall near the stairs.

the interior of the hotel and the room and cleaniness and the bikes were very handy

reception team was very off putting like i was disturbing them asking for information, it didn’t feel very welcoming. bad first impression. the quality of the food and it’s preparation. got served burnt eggs. and small selection of it as well, the waitress was quite rude and cold as well. for the price it was not worth it at all. better quality at mcdonald’s the terrace could have used with a special candle to scare of the mosquitoes as well because they were very annoying so a small difference that would make a big difference. wasn’t clear on the extra procedures and its prices and when it could be booked. Didn’t care to hear the staffs personal lives story either when they were gossiping too loud amongst costumers. staff could really use more training on how to work in costumer service in these surroundings and try be more helpful to clients.

The staff was realy friendly and profesional. The spa zone was excelent for a visit with small children. The room was cosy and well furbished

We expected different type of breakfast, but it was good

Nice pool area Great location

Hard bed and even harder pillows Paid to upgrade to room as one more child joined us The bed was not even made for them. Dirty linen under the bed
