Marika Beach Hotel

Stayed in the Sunset Suite. Beautiful spacious room. Comfortable bed. The private pool overlooking the beach is an added bonus. 2 steps to beach...restaurant Waves right next door serving lovely food as did the Italian restaurant. Walking location to everything we needed. Supermarkets, pickup points gor day trips. Highly recommend this room and hotel.

We had a wonderful family stay at Marika Beach Hotel. One of the things we really appreciated was the cleanliness. The cleaners were constantly working, keeping not only the rooms but also the common and outdoor areas very clean and well maintained. The location is super convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and the surrounding areas. The private parking at the hotel was also a big advantage and made everything very easy, especially as we rented a car to explore Crete. Our room was comfortable and suitable for our family stay. We would also like to mention the wonderful team at Waves Restaurant. The waiters were extremely friendly and always provided service with a smile. A special thank you to the Restaurant Manager for his professional service and for making us feel so welcome. Although we only had dinner at Waves Restaurant once, this was simply because we wanted to explore the area and try different restaurants during our holiday. However, we were honestly very impressed. The selection of food, the quality of the food and especially the desserts were far beyond our expectations and, in our experience, stood out compared with other restaurants we tried in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Marika Beach Hotel. The friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, excellent location and convenient parking all contributed to a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to all the team for your hospitality. Greetings from Malta! 🇲🇹

The availability of hot water in the shower was not consistent. On some occasions, there was no hot water at all and I was forced to use cold water, which was disappointing. The sea directly in front of the hotel was quite rough during our stay. Of course, this is a natural condition and is completely outside the hotel’s control. The swimming pools were also quite cold, which meant that we did not use them as much as we would have liked. Again, we understand that the temperature of the pools may be affected by the weather and other factors and is not necessarily something the hotel can control.

Sehr modern, vor allem der neu gebauten Teil. Auch der Pool im Hof ist toll!

Das Frühstück war etwas eintönig.
