The place was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pool area was amazing. Wifi worked and the beds were very comfortable.

The water was cold after two people has a very short bath. Both my kids had a cold bath. There were only two bath towels supplied even though i booked for 4 people. We had to use the hand towels which was not very nice.

Portia. she was very welcoming and hospitable. I was a bit early for check in (3hrs) and she went out of her day to accommodate. I will stay longer.

The apartment is beautiful and well located. There is wifi and Netflix which was great. Comfortable for a family of 4. The complex has a wonderful lifestyle center with a lovely pool and view of a little lake. There were some restaurants, a gym and spa. That was beautiful

Unfortunately there is no cleaning service, or atleast we were not aware that we needed to book that service in advance. If someone requires this it should be stated on the booking that it's additional. There are no aircons in this unit. Neighbour's were very noisy at 2 and 3am so we couldn't sleep much. Loadshedding twice a day and water cuts at a few times in the 3 days so we couldn't shower or do much when we needed to. There was a supply of bottled water in the unit but the water issue was a bit inconvenient for our purposes. The entry and exit codes expire each time you use them so that was very inconvenient, we were late for our event on Sunday as the guards refused to let us out of the premises. The codes expired at 8am and checkout is at 10am. We left at 8.30 but we had to wait for a long time to get hold of the lady to give us a new code. We understand the security issue, but still very frustrating as a guest. Rather book a hotel

the place was nice & neat, its in a very nice area.

the microwave was not clean and it did not have a cover, which is the main contributor to it not being clean.

The TV was a bit glitchy, it couldn’t have been the WiFi connection, because I was able to connect on my other devices. We resorted to playing music from my laptop.

no gas in the heater or electricity cord. we didn’t have water which was not in her control, but I like that she made means…which I appreciated.

There was a gas heater but no gas cylinder. It's winter, the host said I should switch the stove on to warm up the place The host asked for a deposit for damages of 1500 to be directly paid to her account and when it was time to return the the deposit the following happened 1. Complained about the dishes not in the dishwasher, your check out is at 10am but expected to mop the floors and wash the dishes 2. The second bedroom was used, this for me was absolutely absurd! She said I only booked for a COUPLE, which was not true I booked for two adults, my best friend and I. Then she assumed we had more guests sleepover more than we booked for. Therefore she decided to charge us an additional R 500 from the money that was supposed cover any damages.

Very good location to Mall of Africa and offices at Waterfall City.

The dishwasher was full of dishes from the previous guest and the bin wasn’t cleaned. It had meat and bones it it which was creating an odor. I was asked for a R1,500 breakage deposit when I checked in, which I was supposed to be refunded on checkout. I have messaged the agent several times about this and she is ignoring my messages. I checked out 3 days ago and still have not received a refund on my deposit. We both have FNB accounts, so if the payment was made it would reflect instantly. I need feedback on this urgently.

This is a beautiful apartment with a feel of home. very neat and tidy . excellent security at the entrance .

To enter the complex one needs to have a security code which the host gave us timeously . what we didn’t know is that once you leave the complex the code doesn’t work again . so we had to major problem Re accessing the apartment after we left the complex . if the host can sort out that issue then everything will be great .

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. We loved it. The security was also 👌. The appliances are 1st class branded and all the deco was so good that one would have thought the owner lived at the premises. I'd definitely love to stay at Polofields again. Our host was awesome.

The apartment was clean, all beds were comfortable. Beautifully decorated, easy access to shops and restaurants. Stunning views.

Carpet in the lounge was dusty (this is due to the type of carpet not cleanliness), and the pillows on the couch were feather pillows. Everyone who stayed has asthma so this caused some discomfort. We appreciate that these come down to personal preference but maybe add a note warning people of feather pillows etc.
