The apartment is a short walk away from the beach and close to many bars & restaurants. It has an own little private terrace.
Parking in front of the apartament is a big plus.
When we arrived a bottle of wine was waiting for us.
The drawer where the cutlery is kept was greasy and full of crumbles. My wife had to clean it up.
I think providing a vacuum cleaner (doesn't need to be a high-end one) is a must if you expect the apartment to be left clean. Having only a broom to work with is not according to the times we live in.
Small things: not enough bags for trash, soap only in one bathroom.

The location was great. The owner was very accommodating. Nice setup, with living room with sofa bed and bedroom with queen bed and single bed. Comfortable for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen and access to a washing machine.Nice having 2 bathrooms.
We had to buy toilet paper after we used up the 1 roll in each bathroom. Also, only 1 small bar of soap in bathrooms for sink and shower.
