I loved how quiet it was and the location was so close to Salem for an affordable price. It’s also right next to the train station which helped us a ton since we traveled from Boston.
I felt like there was a strong chemical/cleaner odor that came from the bathroom. There was also a lot of crumbs/ dirt on the floor and some in the bed. Other than that it was great!

Conveniently located. Good price for our stay. Room was clean.
The WiFi was weak-we were in a basement room, but it wasn’t sufficient. The sofa bed was well used and uncomfortable. Also, only a fitted sheet and a throw blanket to use. A towel or paper towels in the kitchen would have been helpful.

I should say, we had a nice stay here. That being said, I was charged both by booking.com and by the venue, so just watch out for that. Although when I emailed the Beverly, they said they would refund me, which they did within 5 days. The suite was a very good size, with a living room and kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. We had a pleasant stay here.
We felt it was a little overpriced, but I appreciate everything is expensive these days, so it might not be anybody's fault.

Although nice upgrades it still felt and had that motel smell and feel. One could hear neighbors getting up and leaving.
