Clean, modern, warm, central location.
There was no milk in the fridge for a quick cup of tea when we arrived.

We liked the apartment but the bathroom floors were cold.
There were quite a few stairs to climb which we didn’t know about.
We had booked for 3 nights but as the weather was horrendous as in snow being threatened and it appeared dangerous. we phoned the owner to say we would be coming on Monday, not Sunday.
We were charged for that first night!
We also had to park in a parking building and pay for that.

Spacious, clean and good location
When I messaged the host about the water their defensive response was ‘we have never heard of this in the 6 years’ - that doesn’t mean it’s not an issue this time. So was pretty disappointed, was hoping to have received a little more empathy. Everything was pretty minimal - one heater in the lounge with a small heater but there were extra blankets. The toiletries was an all in one wash - shampoo, conditioner and soap all in one bottle.
