Super séjour, hôtel situé à 5 min de la plage , calme , propre, personnel agréable et gentil , je reviens sûrement à cet hôtel

Zelo okusna hotelska restavracija, ki je vsekakor ena od boljših stvari v tem hotelu. Čisto ok hotel, ki pa ni v nobenem pogledu kakšen presežek. Sobe so pa zelo velike.

V 4-ih nočeh, kolikor smo bili nastanjeni tam, niso prišli niti enkrat pospraviti sobe, kljub temu, da so bile sobarice vedno v bližini... Največji minus pa je zvočna izolacija oken, ki je praktično ni in je ponoči občutek, kot da si na cesti.

Absolument tout, Les meubles vieux, poignées rouillé, Évier de la cuisine roulée. Pas de télévision dans la chambre, ni de climatisation. Salle de bain une catastrophe trop a l’ancienne on inonde tous. Et pour terminer araignée dans le lit, en secouant les draps et les oreillers

Bien que vieillissante, la structure était parfaitement propre sauf la piscine en sous sol du vert et du moisi autour. Celle ci est chauffée mais à 23°.Nous avons été très bien accueilli et on nous a bien expliqué le système de ménage à la carte Il faut demander le matin en laissant la clé à la réception. Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la kitchenette car le point fort de l établissement est son restaurant qui est vraiment très bon très copieux et pas cher vous pouvez prendre une entrée comme plat tellement c'est copieux et que des produits frais. Les appartements sont très grands et spacieux. Le personnel est très attentif et gentil.

Manque un livret d 'accueil et mode d emploi pour la TV.

De locatie was perfect qua afstand van het strand. Alleen jammer dat er geen supermarkt of iets dichtbij was.

Vooral de douche, keuken was erg verouderd en mag wel opgeknapt worden.

The only 2 things liked about the hotel was that the apartment rooms were large and the staff were polite, but were mostly unwilling or unable to resolve the vast majority of complaints we raised.

We don't believe that the reviews on booking.com are real nor do they reflect the reality as they are totally opposite to our own and other families at hotel's experience. We recommend you read the tripadvisor reviews of people complaining. But where do we start? It's a very long list and there other families were also complaining too:- MAJOR issues which are UNSAFE for families with children: - Broken and DANGEROUS electric sockets, - Outdoor pool area is VERY DANGEROUS for children - Sharp and loose flagstones, Extremely dirty water with little maintenance - Indoor pool water is very cold and it's very depressing with little light - Broken shower, - Faulty extractor - Little Security - There are no safes in any rooms, the hotel is in a dead and run-down area with lots of dark alleys with little to no lighting with hardly any taxis or people around. Upon check-out, you have no secure room to keep your luggage - in fact you are told to put the luggage in one of the staff-member's office. The balcony door locks don't work, so they are open day and night. Other SIGNIFICANT problems: - Broken door locks (we got locked out!), - Beds are extremely uncomfortable - You don't get double or king size beds - instead they join two single beds which are different in height, so the person ends up getting back pain. Children are forced to sleep on slim sofas which actually cannot be converted to sofa beds. The mattresses are horrible. - Old dirty furniture, - Zero WiFi - Wifi around the hotel is non-existent and hotel have no staff that can fix it. Instead they tell you to purchase data and use your mobiles as WIFI hotspots. - There is NIL entertainment and children are bored. They have nothing at all to do for anyone.
