Don’t let “Studio” turn you off. This is way more than a studio. So much space and very well set up. The view from the large windows and balcony looks out to Admiralty Inlet is great. All the amenities of being home but with the view. Bathroom very spacious. Since it’s off season this property is perfect for a nice quite weekend or more and watch the storm from those windows. Take a pair of good binoculars.
No beach access. But, down the road a bit in the same neighborhood, there is beach access. And if you don’t mind you can walk to it.

Second time staying on the property, first time was in the main house but this time in the studio. Honestly I liked the studio even more. Cozy, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Loved the large balcony and being able to spend time out there looking at the water. The bench in front of the windows indoors is a nice spot for chillier days too. The desk area was my favorite from working while here - beautiful cherry trees. Deer were grazing outside in the yard alongside bunnies, many birds, lots of peace and quiet here. The beach is close enough to walk and is relatively private and very serene. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I am very picky about pillows. Kitchen has the main essentials, if a bit bare. Coffee offered is a nice touch. Overall loved my stay again and I will definitely be back again.
There are a few things that need improvement.
1) the pots/pans are pretty terrible and everything cooked sticks to them, they need to be replaced. This was the case a year ago too when I stayed on the property the first time.
2). the communications from the property managers were wildly excessive, they ranged from daily to 2-3 times per day. I understand the intent is to be very communicative but this has the opposite effect and I was so tired of these, I stopped reading after a while.
3). if there is a steep cleaning fee being charged on top of an already sizeable daily rate, please do not make your guests strip their own linens and towels and start a load of laundry. Not to mention this is inconsiderate of guests with chronic pain or disabilities.
4). no feminine hygiene products offered in the bathroom, little touches like these go a long way.

The location was beautiful and close to everything we needed.
Less emails about the facility. One email with all the details would have been enough. I did appreciate the quick response when we had trouble with the code to open the door. Of course there might not have been a problem if we had been sent the correct code. The 3 rd code worked.

The location was great. This is the second time I have stayed on this property, the first one was the single story unit, and I will say I have not been disappointed. The units are beautiful and so inviting. The view is spectacular. A great way to escape, yet, close enough to do other activities. This property will always be my first choice when I stay in Coupeville.

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Great view. Many amenities.
Cobwebs on the walls above the fridge and around the living room. No mention of many stairs to get up to the room. Furniture in need of repair. Some door locks not functioning properly...

So relaxing, views unmatched. Very quiet area.
If you want to be walking distance to restaurants and stores this might not be the spot for you...it is relatively close 15-30 min from anything you'd want to visit. I have family on the island and you really can't get both views and convenience unfortunately.

The view is spectacular! The apartment is large, light and airy, and very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but if you did, you have all the appliances and dining ware you need. The deck is spacious and the view
That we had to leave. The door dead bolt locked automatically when I went for a walk. Good thing daughter was still in the apartment, not sure how we would have gotten back in if she wasn't inside.

The view and sunsets were amazing! The space was good for a couple.
We weren't able to figure out how to use the stove, even after googling it. Also, there was an error with scheduling, and the unit was not yet available at check in time.

The studio is quite large and very comfortable and the view is beautiful. It was so nice and quiet, just what we were looking for.

It was a little hard to find at first, because I got there after dark, and without a picture of the entrance of the building, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place.
