We've had everything we needed for a group of friends.
Free parking lot outside pf ZTL Zone at about 10 mins walking.
The owner was amazing.
City center is about 5 mins walking.

As it is in a state of collapsing outside (originally built in 1740) and renovation works were being done, inside it was in a good condition. Renovated bathrooms and smelling wonderful.
When we asked locals about Casa Dei Sogni they knew the owners even though we were at the opposite side of the town. Maybe they have a good reputation as persons in town which is a plus, when you are renting a house from someone in a different country.
First the area. The building was in close distance to the center (10 min walking to Theatro) and just a block away from BALLARO MARKET.
It is an awful area in the town, it seams scary especially when the sun goes down, with the kind of people passing near by and living in the streets and on Ballaro square.
Then, when we asked for a late check out and he refused, he didnt offer us a place to store the luggage as we were leaving Palermo late in the afternoon.
Last but not least the beds weren't super comfortable.
