It was exactly what we wanted quiet, peaceful, friendly with everything we needed. Delicious breakfast creatively presented and friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was excellent on the roof. Easy check in, good information folder, close to public transport and away from the tourist area.

breakfast was good, simple but nice to have variety each day. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, Not too far from main attractions/towns

Parking, limited space at pool

The main highlight of the hotel is definitely the pool and the view which is just stunning. The overall hotel, including our room, was also quite nice and modern. Super close to beautiful squares where there’s lots of restaurants. Also about a 30 minute walk to the Citadella which was a lovely scenic walk.

However, there were a few issues. The first being the smell of the place. It wasn’t the end of the world but the entire hotel had an odd, strong scent that wasn’t that nice. Another issue was the room wasn’t that clean. The bed linens weren’t dirty but they did have fluff etc all over from the washing machine not being cleaned regularly enough. The main room that was really dirty was the bathroom. The shower was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all. The last issue was luggage storage. The luggage storage was just leaving the luggage behind the front desk, so completely out in the open. The other tip I would have that isn’t the hotels fault is not to bother with the busses. The busses in Malta don’t go to the right stops, don’t turn up or will just drive past you. We just ended up walking everywhere.

Roof top terrace and pool would be good in summer. Good breakfast

Nobody on reception to check in, explain parking, air con etc. Nearest restaurant 15-20 mins away in Victory Square.
