The studio was awesome, in an ideal spot. Right on the water bayside, a brief walk to sandy beach and Pacific Ocean. Keyless entry, door code is totally the way to go! So easy, can’t lose the key’s especially at the beach. Parking! Yes it’s tight but having a spot is priceless here! Host very responsive via text. The full kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels is important since things don’t dry quickly here.

I think everything was perfect except for the disrespectful upstairs renters. Not the fault of property. Hot tub was full of sand, lots of people in there not rinsing feet. We didn’t use it.

We loved the peaceful jacuzzi with the full moon. Its calm on the bay side. Its cute and clean. Great for 2 people.

The location is fun, beautiful, quiet, and a great value. The condition of just about everything was immaculate. The condo is the perfect size for a romantic getaway. There were neighbors next door, but we never heard them. The hot tub was very quiet at night. Despite being on a shared patio with the adjacent unit and right next to the boardwalk it still felt somewhat private and we spent time together on the patio both nights. We had our toddler with us and her pack & play just barely fit in the closet area next to the bathroom, so we had uninterrupted alone time in the evenings after she went to sleep. There would not be room there for any older children though (but they could sleep on the sofa if privacy was not important). We had amazing food in the area for all of the meals. This was the perfect mini-getaway!

Parking is inconvenient. That is literally the only thing keeping this property from being perfect. Otherwise 10/10!

Location was nice on the bay

Didn’t realize I would be sharing the hot tub with two other units so I didn’t use it. Maybe my bad and didn’t pay close enough attention to what I was booking.
