Party draußen , laute Musik, und alte Männer die sich junge Mädchen mit auf Zimmer genommen haben um zu v……..! ganz ehrlich für mich nicht noch mal! für junge Party Menschen ein Schlaraffenland!

The hotel location is good, right next to the Central and everything's close, including the 7-11s. The facilities provided are a good deal for a place in that location. It's not close to the beach though so you have to walk a bit.

We reached Samui from the last ferry and at the place around 9PM just to find out there was no one at the reception. I checked the app and saw a message from the staff that they close the reception at 8 and they're gonna keep the room unlocked. I sent them a message and my friend who speaks rudimentary Thai spoke to a staff member on the phone - so we were able to get to the room but I think closing the front desk at 8 is a bit too early for a place like Samui. Then there was something wrong with the aircon and it didn't work at all the first night to the point where I just could not sleep. We asked to switch to a different room while going out in the morning and got to know that the AC guy was already here and he HAD to repair it RIGHT NOW. Funny, isn't it? they knew our AC needed to be repaired and we could just not move later. I had to go back in, get all the valuables and move into a different room then and there. I believe the facilities they offer and the location of the place is a good deal but the entire experience could have been so much better if the staff was a bit more accommodating and they paid proper attention to general maintenance.

Location was perfect and the room was very good value for money.

Every time we used the bathroom, ants appeared from the shower plug and the bathroom door. In their hundreds they tried to make their way into the bedroom.

The location was really good close to all the bars and restaurants , the rooms look so much better in person than they do on the pictures and & friendly staff
