Location, kitchen, organisation/logistics (intro emails, PIN code, all these things worked very well).

With a limited investment to further polish/upgrade bedroom and bathroom, you could notably upgrade the comfort factor/overall experience: (i) bedroom: a premium bed/mattress, bed sheet, carpet and so on, and (ii) in the bathroom, new shower head, renewing the silicone lines/items (some are dark / rosty), nice bin and so on, you would notably upgrade the property.

Location is perfect, near the city center and right in front of the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. No A/C in my unit, but it wasn't necessary in summer (30 ish degrees) if you open the windows after sunset. Price is really good and staff is really friendly - i forgot to return the garbage room keys and it was slightly after check-out, but they were able to remotely open the door for me.

Appartment could have been cleaner. There were some black spots near the door of the shower, there were stains on the chair and bed headboard, and the dishes were clearly dirty. Don't look inside the toaster and coffee machine... The towel rack was broken and I let them know about the issue, but did not receive a response.

The location is great and the place is convenient for a few nights in Vienna.

The bathroom is quite dated and the shower, the floor and wallpaper could use an upgrade.

Great location with market right outside, and decent room with pretty much everything one needs for a short stay. It was clean, airy and even had a locked closet to keep your things safe.

The entrance to the apartment is very confusing. The staff only provided me with the apartment code and not the main building code, and I couldnt enter the apartment until someone helped me out with the code. This was then later corrected when I tried to reach them by email (note that the phone number they provide is automated and does not connect). This caused a lot of trouble for me. Also the apartment was located on the 7th floor but the room numbering is quite confusing and this information was not provided again. Having no staff in the hotel is quite inconvenient and can cause troubles. Also, the room was advertised to have AC but there was none.
