Gravity Haus Moab

The property is very clean, rooms are spacious and it is walking distance to downtown

I booked this hotel based on previous Gravity Haus experiences in Truckee, but I did not see the value of the extra cost in Moab. Gravity Haus in Truckee has significantly better services, facilities, etc. e.g. in Moab, the pool is located separately from the hotel in the back of the parking lot, which means you need to go to the street to access it, the coffee shop is small with no very good breakfast options, closes at 11am and it overpriced for what it is, working space is not good and the staff is not knowledgeable of things to do, etc. Additionally, although there are many places in Moab, there is no bike rentals of much information at the hotel about what to do in town and most of the time reception is by calling the ring.

Perfect room size, very clean and organized. Plenty of light and amenities.

The room faced Main Street. The noise from the street was very loud at all times. There is a lot of semi truck traffic.

The design of the space felt modern. The pool is disconnected from the hotel via walking through a parking lot. That is weird.

The floors are very permeable. We could hear every movement above and adj to us. That made it hard to sleep. There is no microwave in the room and you use a communal microwave. No daily housekeeping either. For a boutique hotel it didn’t feel like it.
