In a residential neighborhood, safe, friendly, away from the tourists, with Condad and EuroSpin supermarkets at 10 minutes' walking, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, it has 4 rooms, one with a bathroom inside, the other 3 outside the rooms, in the hall, each room has a window, all with windows. My room was clean, with a big window and lots of natural light, and a wonderful balcony, AC - in case you need it. Perfectly ok to accommodate a family. It is great that the accommodation provides a handy ironing setup for your stay! It saves me! The customer clients were 10+! They've helped me with my backpack before check-in and after check-out, The excellent WiFi connection helped me with my homework. The customers were nice and polite. None of them was smoking. I've felt safe and welcomed.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice place comfy spacious safe and clean

Near bus station to city center

Pulita

Friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable but not luxury to be clear. Public transport to central Rome on doorstep by way of busses - very good regular service and I to early hours of the morning. Small kitchen available to use and a small fridge in room which is big bonus.

Main issue - hosts request a €250 deposit which is more than we paid for our stay . The deposit was returned fairly to be clear - but it is a questionably steep deposit. Toilet is “private” but not en-suite so be aware you will share a corridor with all other guests to each access our respective private toilets. Toilet didn’t flush correctly when we were there but these things can happen - hosts dealt with it in responsive manner.
