Extremely clean, wide selection for breakfast, amazing location for the area. Room was incredibly clean with a very spacious bathroom. Elevator available for luggage as well.

Bedrooms are a bit small if traveling with a lot of luggage, but workable.

Perfect location. My wife and I walked everywhere in S. Margherita. Incredibly quiet, day and night. The entire operation is comparable to a very high-end hotel. Staff are on location throughout the day, rooms are immaculate and stay that way every day, breakfast is a delight, and the price makes this a terrific value.

If there was anything that was not perfect, it was that the hot tub on the rooftop patio was out of order. We did not care, so this was not a problem for us.

Super clean. Each room with a different theme. Small Balcony. Breakfast option on the terrace. Perfectly located in the back of the town and still just 5 min to the beach. A hidden gem! Very close to the pedestrian zone with al lot of restaurants, but those are very touristic. If you want to get exceptional Pizza and Pizza only, got to Pulcinelle - not even 50m from the Hotel and the best pizza dough I ever had for no money - really. And then a short walk to your bed - whats better than that after an intensive day with Portofino or an excursion to Cinque Terre. Speaking of that - just 12 minutes to the train station and with the IC Train 35 minutes to Levanto and then 13 minutes to Riomaggiore. Perfect base for CT!

The room was nice. Lorenzo and Claudia were great. The Breakfast was good

The last morning the breakfast room was closed at 9:30a instead of 10:00a. The server (it was not Claudia) saw me at the door and total ignored me. The same server spent most of his time smoking outside the door of the breakfast room. The location isn't good, it is very hard to find, even though, it is in the center of town. We requested a taxi for 3:30p and the front desk decided to get the taxi at 2:45p so we sat at the station for 45 minutes. The taxi driver scammed us. He charged us 25 euros for a 3 minute drive. I recommend you change taxi company. Too many steps to climb to get to the main door.
