When my wife and I purchased this condo, the two things that captured us immediately were the great views everywhere and the convenient location. Your can simply park your car and take a short beach walk to the brand new State Fishing Pier to the east or stroll to the west and you will find the famous Sea & Suds beach restaurant, the pink pony pub and the new 'Hang Out' beach restaurant with great food and live entertainment.
