Thanks, and I hope we can help with your upcoming visit! This beautiful and well appointed home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Casa De Palms is a fully furnished single story (NO STAIRS) 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached full bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both offer a Queen bed and flat screen TV's. You will also find a twin roll-away bed to sleep 7-8 comfortably. We can also supply a double high queen air mattress, Pack n’ Play or high chair upon request (subject to availability) for your convenience. A 2nd full bath offers a tub/shower combo. You will also find a desk and chair to work at in a separate den area in case you need to check in with work. Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with HUGE flat screen TV, DVD player. The living room opens to the dining area, breakfast bar and fully stocked kitchen. An additional sitting area off the living area provided as well. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ, outdoor pool table, putting/chipping green, "Tiki Toss" game, hot tub and diving pool! (Please note the actual diving board has been removed for safety reasons, but the pool is deep enough to dive in). So much to do! Turn on the misting system and the ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so in the heat of the summer. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! You will also find 4 chaise lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days. A private garage can park 2 cars, along with a 2 car driveway. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa De Palms has to offer! If anything is needed during your stay, just ask your personal property manager… ***Please note the pool is not able to be heated, but you can use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure. Great Scottsdale home
Nice 3 bedroom home a few blocks from N Scottsdale road and plenty of good dining and shopping. The yard is spacious with a large putting green, pool and hot tub though pool was unheated and was too cold to enter in December. The master bedroom has king size bed very comfortable with master bath with two sinks and a sunken rain shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and spacious and we’ll accommodated visiting family. Only negative here is close proximity to Scottsdale airport and large volume of private jets and prop planes flying overhead. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great long stay
Nice house and a great location, quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed about 5 weeks to hide from the winter. Although a bit worn in areas, the house is well laid out and has most everything you need. The weather did not permit us to use the pool, but we used the hot tub quite a bit. The house was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

The home was just what I wanted to entertain siblings, children and grandchildren. Great outdoor space and plenty of room to gather for games and family dinners.

Excellent winter getaway
We had a 5 to 6 week stay and enjoyed it very much. House is in a great neighborhood. It was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was really a nice way to end the day. The house was exceptionally clean, though worn in a few areas. The location is perfect for a Scottsdalem getaway.

September 2021 @ Casa De Palms
The pool area is a fantastic area, comfortable to relax around the pool in the lounge chairs or on the cushioned sofas. the putting green was fun for some putting championships. Wes, the property manager, took care of getting the pool light replaced, as well as bringing over an umbrella for some shade around the pool. The inside of the house was well-stocked with all of the necessities. The A/C kept the house cool during 100+ degree days. The A/C did go out one day, but Wes had a repairman over the same day and it was back up and running the same day. He is a great resource and very responsive. The house is VERY conveniently located to anything we needed - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf, shopping, gas stations, car wash, shopping, airport, coffee drive-thrus, did I mention shopping? :)

We were very pleased with all the help from Wes concerning the property and especially how to work the TV. We enjoyed the property and were sad we needed to leave early due to Covid 19.

Fun Thanksgiving Getaway
Although the weather was cooler than we were expecting, our family had fun staying at this home. Three couples had plenty of room to spread out, cook, watch TV, and play games. The outdoor putting green, hot tub, and pool table were a big hit with our group. Some of us walked home from the Kierland Commons outdoor shopping center, which was closer than we thought!

Great golf getaway and stay!!
The stay was great. House was fantastic and just as advertised, with no surprises. There were tons of board games and cards and putting green was a great practice spot. Hot tub was an added bonus after a day on the course....pool was cold, couldn't use it, so can't rate. Property was a little out of the way, but neutral to everything. Property owner was good with communicating before getting to the property. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, great amenities
The location was great. The layout is open and it was stocked well with all the things you will need during the stay. There were a few odd things- the kitchen faucet was very loose, one of the TV's in the bedroom did not get cable at all which was frustrating for the couple staying in that room. One of the towels we opened had a stained pair of underwear fall out of it- probably got in there from the wash but was definitely not a highlight. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there, but it looked nice and we did like the outdoor area with plenty of seating and a pool table. Overall we had 3 couples and an infant and it was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect to provide our family with a relaxing getaway. The house was well maintained and the property manager responded promptly with any questions we had as we settled in for our stay. The house had everything we needed to be our home away from home for the week. Our only regret was that the pool could not be heated. We would totally return if the pool had the ability to be heated next time. The master bathroom also needs something to help with all the water that escapes when you use it. It gets very slippery if you don’t put down a towel/bath mat.

Arizona Getaway
Our family of 6 had a great time at the Casa De Palms. The house was nice and had all the amenities needed. Our family enjoyed the pool, putting green, pool table, hot tub and darts. There were only a couple downsides to this property. First, every morning there was a lot of debris from the surrounding trees that accumulated in and around the pool that had to be cleaned out/up prior to getting in the pool. Second, we had 2 unexpected visitors that showed up to take care of the pool during our 6 day stay. Other than that it was overall a good experience.

Clean, private, great outdoor space
Stayed as a group of 4 adults. Home was clean and well set up. Great place to enjoy what Scottsdale has to offer. Only negative was the pool loungers needed to be replaced.

Not as Advertised
This home is not quite as advertised on their site. You should know that it is on a corner and one block off a busy road. The pool loungers were so old that one ripped in two as my very thin husband sat on it. The “misters” on the patio were not in working order whatsoever. The home smelled horrible (like sewer) for the first day and 1⁄2. Although Wes came by to check it out and replace the air filter that didn’t do much. I ended up putting vinegar down all of the drains and toilet bowl cleaner in the toilets as well. The smell finally subsided. The home is worn in. A few things would make a big difference – replace the shower curtain in the main bathroom. Update the window coverings and of course fix the misters or stop advertising them. ADD a shower curtain in the master bath. Get better air flow to the Master. The portable a/c is a nice touch but it’s extremely loud. I also had to call Wes to come and get the pool vacuum going mid-week as the pool was accumulating a lot of dirt. There were three dishwasher pods for the week (we used it daily) Also, the cable TV was not connected when we arrived, the fridge wasn’t working well and a fuse blew out. We were unable to troubleshoot the problem on all these occasions and needed to contact Wes. I was in Phoenix with a group of friends 3 weeks ago and rented a house with Home Away. We received much more with that rental for about the same price which made our stay very seamless and enjoyable. Our butler/check-in agent even left us a thank you card and a bottle of wine. A nice touch of class.

we had a wonderful time and the house was very nice. There were a few small items that we dealt with but really, overall very clean, great location and we would recommend it as well as come back again
