This 3-bedroom suite features 1472 square feet of living space; one King; one queen and one Twin, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck.

This residence does not have air conditioning.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
