Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, flatscreen TV, and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, flatscreen TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, flatscreen TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Beautiful unit however as a high price luxury unit, there could be certain improvements. There were several chipped glasses and plates, the dishwasher did not work well, the tv in the master bedroom did not work, there was no tv in the 2nd bedroom, the tv in the living room was tiny by today's standards and did not offer Netflix or anything else. Dresser drawer was missing handle. Rug was stained. For this price it should have been up to par.

Absolutely Perfect!
Often when you rent a vacation rental, the reality can be much different than the expectation (the photos on the listing). In this case, reality exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, not worn out, and more spacious than anticipated. We will definitely rent this unit again. Fantastic stay here that the whole family loved!

Manmoth trip for two families
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. We have been going to Mammoth for over 11 years together. We are 4 adults and 4 children. Our children are now teenagers and would rather not share beds so this was a perfect arrangement with the loft bed situation where they each got their own bed to sleep in. We also recently got two dogs which is the mainreason why we picked this house. It was nice to bring the puppies along with us for a winter vacation. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and the furniture was nice. Plenty of home for everyone. You can tell the owners take great pride in the vacation home. We would definitely like to come back again!

Lovely Thanksgiving holiday
We had a wonderful time at the house. The only problem we had was in the kitchen. There were not enough kitchen tools, and the Teflon pans were really scuffed up. The oven is very temperamental —would just turn itself off while we were cooking in it. I think it made more difference to us because we were cooking thanksgiving dinner there. Besides that, it was a great space and very comfortable.
