Upon Arrival, we were so excited to be there. Walking in, things looked clean but as we started to put away groceries etc, we noticed there was dried food on the cabinets and there was pretzels upstairs on the floor. I felt like it really wasn't that clean.

the rental was O K but we were not sent codes to anything like promised. after calling and telling them we would be on the road and unable to get them. We were told it would be sent to our phone, it was not. Were we happy with everything NO! The hot tub only half worked, the straps had one with the screws pulled out of the deck and the other had a lock that took a key which we did not have.

Never received an entry code into the cabin. Made it extremely difficult to obtain due to the poor reception, and a long wait with the operator. Especially while waiting in the cooler weather with a baby and children who wanted nothing to do with the car any longer. I noticed our socks were very dirty after walking in cabin, and there were cobwebs above the cabinets in the kitchen, along with green marks on the floor near the refrigerator (maybe crayon from a past guest). The hot tub did not get "hot", just lukewarm. Along with our entry code into the cabin stopped working into our second day there, this prevented us from properly performing the tasks asked upon leave. I am not sure if I will stay again, especially for the price we paid. The location was great to everything though. Maybe add more blankets to use.
