*Weekly Only Over 4th Of July* Condo in the gated Casa Bella Vista building, located 2 and 1/2 blocks from the pier and boardwalk, in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Ocean view from the living room, and the primary bedroom. Living room has flat screen TV with digital cable and dvd player, wireless Internet, sofa sleeper, and a small balcony which has ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for 5. Primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with digital cable, and en suite bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with digital cable. Full size washer and dryer. Important: BBQs Are Prohibited At This Location Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*

Simply Adorable
210 Casa Bella was simply adorable! Parking included one spot inside the gated area as well as a spot in the lot using the provided pass. 2nd floor unit was easily accessible via elevator as well as stairs. Unit was cozy with welcoming decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bedrooms did get warm at night with no AC (to be expected on the Central Coast). Simple fix was opening the windows. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. One recommendation is to replace the bath towels. It's time as they begin to have an odor no matter how you wash and dry them. Didn't attempt to watch TV so can't speak to this. Location was super convenient to the heart of Pismo. Will book again!

210 Casa Bella - February 2023
As usual it was a most enjoyable visit. This unit worked very well - location, amenities, furnishings were all comfortable. We had some furnace trouble (nobody's fault) and while it took a few tries, it was handled effectively and pretty efficiently. Enjoyed meeting and working with Cherie.

Clean & Close to Beach!
Great little condo. Very clean and both beds were comfortable with nice bedding. It was conveniently close to the beach, shops and restaurants- only 2 blocks away! Having parking spaces was an added plus! Easy check in & check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute Place and Close to the Beach
It is a cute 2-bedroom condo. The open living room, kitchen concept made the room seem bigger. The best part is it's close distance to the beach and dining places. Coastal Vacation Rentals has great customer service and we will definitely go back there again!

Oct Trip
The rental was perfect size and location, but the condo seemed like it had not been cleaned prior to arrival, it was dusty, kitchen sink was dirty, items on the counter top were very dusty. Table mats had crumbs.

Yearly Golf Tournament
This is the second time staying here. We absolutely love our stay. The location is perfect. There is plenty of room for our family and friends. The property management is amazing. We plan reserving this yearly.

Perfect location
We have rented from Coastal vacation in Pismo Beach for years. We have always had a great experience. Ken has always been very accommodating when we had to switch days. The condo location we stay in is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops.

Great vacation destination
We have rented from coastal vacation rentals for 14 years and we have never been disappointed. The staff at Coastal vacation rental is always friendly and easy to work with. The condo that we stay in is in a perfect location during the car shoe. The condo is very clean and comfortable.

Great Location!

Really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment has everything you need and you're a short walk to the pier and everything Pismo has to offer. The beds are super comfy and we'll be back!

Best Vacation Rentals in Pismo Beach
We have been renting from Coastal vacation rentals for 11 years. We have always have received great customer service very accommodating. The units are always clean never had a problem. Ken is very accommodating always available to answer any questions that I have, during the pandemic Ken kept us up to date on our reservation for the car show. I would recommend Coastal vacation rental extremely easy to reserve and great customer service.

Great getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo during a recent girls family getaway. The location is ideal, close to all the shops, pier and restaurants. The unit is clean, secure and offers parking for 2 cars. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation
We had a great time in Pismo Beach. The condo was clean, was in a terrific location, and had everything that we needed. Just enough space for all of us. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation property
Working with the staff at Coastal vacation is so easy. Everyone is very nice and super friendly. We have been renting from them for 10 years and every year our vacation has been great. The condos are extremely clean and well stocked, never any problems.

4th of July @ Pismo
Property mgr was unprofessional. I asked about the A/C and it turned out that the unit does not have one. I commented "what kind of place is this w/o an a/c" and she said, "Well some of us don't even own a house". She speaks very rudely. From the time we retrieved the keys from her, she was already rude and unprofessional. Her coworker can probably atest to it as well and another guest that were there at the same time. Overall the unit was very nice very clean and convenient. Just the experience w/ the property manager.

Very basic
The place was never cleaned, sheets and bedding dirty and out dated, no pictures on the walls or anything to make you feel at home. Very basic place, a place to sleep and thats about it. The MGMNT CO did refund our money for some of the nights for not having the placed cleaned until 4 days after we arrived and they did so quickly. I wouldnt stay here again and its ashamed because it could be a nice little place to stay, good location and such.

Great central location, walking to everything downtown
The rental was as described. Though the beds were softer than we usually like, they were very comfortable. The living room furniture was also very comfy, though showing some signs of wear. We enjoyed being so close to the main downtown area, but did not have any problems with noise. It was great to have an inside parking space and a pass to park a second car in the outside lot, since we were meeting up with family. Would chose to stay here again.
