My Stay In Avila Beach
First time with a vacation rental and I am so looking forward to returning. Great experience. I stayed for 2 months and am considering extending my stay. This was for health reasons and I must say my health was greatly improved while staying close to the beach. Thank you

Excellent location and value!
Stayed here two times and love it. A block from the beach, local coffee shop, and restaurants. Love that there is laundry on site. The place is comfortable, clean, and priced right. When we visit family in SLO this is where we will always stay.

One bedroom gem!
We booked this property for a week and had a great experience. I worked from the property and enjoyed walks to the beach and the local coffee shops and small town feel. Property was well equipped, clean and organized. We will be back! Appreciated the access to laundry so close to our apartment (on site).

Avila beach stay
It has always been a pleasure staying at this location. It's a beautiful place to explore and just the right size, busy but not too busy. The people in the office are friendly and quick to jump on any issues and are willing to help out in anyway they can to accommodate a change in our schedule. Just an all around pleasant experience!

The location of the unit was extremely convenient for accessing the beach and the downtown area. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Perfect location
The place itself was perfect for a quick getaway I wished I could have stayed longer. It was clean and very spacious for 3 of us, very quiet at night I was able to hear the ocean waves . My favorite was the location it was steps away from the beach and local restaurants. I would definitely rent this place again for my next visit. I definitely recommend it.

Awesome location!
This place is amazing for a nice getaway. Super easy check in using the keyless entry to the unit. Everything listed was there. Parking was great. This was my first time taking my 9month old on a vacation. I am so happy I chose this place. Can't wait to come back.

Close to the beach with some quirks.
The location was amazing! Just a very short walk to downtown Avila. Upon arrival, the parking lot is very small and parking my truck was a bit tricky. I was happy there was a spot provided because Avila has scarce parking. I had an issue with the management sending me the wrong code to the door, but that was quickly resolved with a hasty return call. Positive: - Apartment is clean with nice furniture. - Kitchen is armed with everything you would need. - Bathroom is clean with plenty of towels. Negative: - You can hear people talking in the next apartment over through a door that attaches the two. - You can hear every step somebody takes in the apartment above you. - No A/C only heat, only frustrating because outside of the apartment can get very loud with cars and people walking by the windows. We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, but sleeping was an issue when noisy neighbors were upstairs. We would stay again, but maybe get an upstairs unit for some peace. Management handled all issues very well and were a pleasure to work with.

Large, clean, well equipped, comfortable condo in Avila Beach. Small ocean view. One block from beach and restaurants.

Great location and parking a plus
The condo could have been cleaner. When we walked in the floors where a little crunchy but it is the beach so getting all the sand may not be possible. The location was excellent. Everything in Avila is within walking distance and the condo is just a short block to the beach. Have on site parking is a huge plus!!! On the down side, the bed in the bedroom is only a double. There is plenty of room to put a queen bed in the bedroom. Also, 4 towels for 2 people for 7 days is not really enough. There is a washer and dryer but a few extra towels wouldn't hurt. There could also be a little more insulation in the ceiling between the upstairs condo. Overall it was a good property and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely time in Avila Beach
The condo was clean, and inviting. We would stay there again. Only a block from the beach and all restaurants. Very convenient to everything we needed to see and do.
