Take a short stroll to the Ugly Grouper in Holmes Beach for a little live music in their tropical, open-air venue. The Gulf of Mexico is in walking distance with a beach access at the end of 65th St.

The pool area is a stunning oasis and after a day at the beach enjoy a refreshing swim in your own private 18 ft. by 11 ft. pool and spa. Practice your putt on the newly installed putting green. Enjoy the sunshine and relax surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.


There are three parking spaces available in the driveway at Ebb Tide.

Ebb Tide is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 20 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.
