Gorgeous views abound from your own private balcony off the den and master suite. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with an absolutely amazing walk in shower The other two bedrooms each have two super comfy queen beds in each room. Maximum occupancy is 8. Just when you think it can't get any better, you step off the elevator and open the door to the condo and you are stunned at the level of decorating detail that this condo so exquisitely has. You have gorgeous emerald water views from the kitchen, the den, and the primary bedroom. Finally, you've found your home-away-from home for years to come. You have discerning taste and appreciate that we do too. This is what it's all about. Relaxing on the expansive balcony looking down at the pool, spas and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has a king bed in the primary, and 2 queens in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bath. St. Croix at Silver Shells has everything you would expect from a first class resort ,sitting on 31 acres and right next to Henderson Beach State Park which offers miles and miles of walking and bike paths. Only 2 units per floor for maximum privacy and security and 1900 square feet of luxurious living space. There is something for everybody: billiards, basketball court, video game arcade and you are in walking distance to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the famous beach restaurant and bar the Back Porch. Cannot imagine a better experience anywhere. The condo was as awesome as the pictures, and the management company did a great job. Nothing negative to say at all. I hope to come back again!

Everything was perfect again. It would be nice to be able to get on the grounds and use the pool and beach prior to the 4:30 check in. For this alone, I would consider booking with another company. Our entire party was able to get in early that AM, but just not into the unit itself. They had used a different company than us.

Loved the condo unit layout which was perfect for three couples. Also liked having an end unit and watching the planes go over. Views were beautiful and location was very convenient to surrounding shops and restaurants.

This place is exactly and better than pics - view is amazing, pool was great, beach service was great and tiki bar is a big plus with yummy food and drinks! The checkin and out process was so simple and seamless. We didn’t have to communicate with the rental place at all. We only had one concern and that was because we had small children a three of the four balcony doors did not lock - and since this is on 14th floor was husband went to hardware store and got some clamps where kids could not reach to open. I did email them this concern and they were going to let property maintenance know. So if you have young kids you might want to verify that has been fixed - otherwise highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, but living room furniture is in need of replacement. I never did sit on the couch because it was so close to the floor, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise a lovely condo.

We had a good stay at St Croix 1406. The unit was clean. It was nice not to have to pick up a check in packet at the realtors office. The dishwasher didn't shut off all the time. The key card process is a pain. The resort needs to install more key pads instead of having to use key cards. The carpet is going to need replacing soon. The unit could use some new skillets and more Dish rags, Dish towels and pot holders. The patio furniture will need replacing soon.
