The property, was clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. It perfectly suited the needs of two dads and 5 boys for a fishing/glamping lads weekend.

The location was fantastic. Very quick walk to the beach. The backyard, deck and fire pit were great for the whole family to enjoy. The property was clean and had all the nice extras that you like in a stay but don’t always get - eg glad wrap, paper towel, body wash. This was really appreciated.

The only suggestion would be if the checkout requirements could be given at the beginning of the holiday with the check in info. I didn’t see the email/booking message until after we left so had to turn back to strip the sheets off the bed.

The house was quite dusty and had many spider webs inside and outside. We love retro but the couches were a bit too uncomfortable. A good detailed clean inside and on the exterior, and an upgrade of the couches would make a massive difference to uplift this beautiful beach house in the heart of pearl beach.

The location was excellent and the hosts were super responsive and engaged even allowing us an earlier check in which was very helpful.

The 'retro' nature of the home translated to feeling shabby and unclean. The bathroom and living area furniture is very worn and needs attention.

Comfortable mattresses & beautiful sheets. Top location, close to beach & corner shop. Availability of fire pit & kayaks & outdoor shower.

Floors needed vacuuming, one bedroom was very dusty.

The hosts were very helpful (fast in responding to my messages) and accommodating. They provided very comfy beds, very clean linen and towels, and ample supply of toilet papers, toiletries, etc. They also provided free access to beach play equipment (kayaks, toys, etc) which was great for the family. Location was perfect - quiet street so close to the beach.

The accommodation could benefit from the addition of a dishwasher and a clothes dryer (it was raining during our stay and no way to dry clothes).
