centrally located, and simple to get around the city from the spot. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with crisp bedding and good towels. Single use shampoo/body wash packets were abundantly provided and restocked daily. The building is on a busy major street, but the windows are soundproof when properly closed and the blackout curtains also provide privacy.
The video instructions to access the property are super helpful!
The room had a mini fridge, plugged in but not set to cool, so it literally warmed the water bottles. However the main kitchen area has a full size and functioning fridge / freezer and also provides self Serve Nespresso.
It’s not a bed-and-breakfast in the traditional sense, there’s no operator on site and breakfast is not provided. But it’s a very comfortable place to base an adventure around Naples.

The location was good, and the room was fairly clean (though not spotless). Fresh towels were provided, and there was daily cleaning service. The kitchen was also useful.
We didn’t get the room we booked and paid for. The room was not the same as shown in the pictures. It also had a bathroom adapted for people with disabilities, which was not mentioned anywhere during booking or shown in the photos. Overall, the room was below expectations and not worth what we paid. When we complained, the owner said that rooms are assigned based on availability, which made it seem like our reservation didn’t really matter.
