House was nice, quiet place.

Great, clean and modern apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Well located for Samoens centre with its numerous bars and restaurants and shops

The biggest issue - the apartment hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival and the previous guests@ dirty linen was bundled on the beds and dirty towels in the bathroom etc! As it was a Sat night arrival we couldn’t reach the office/ reception as no mobile number given and the landline went to voicemail! We had to manage somehow by borrowing cleaning supplies from neighbours And vacuuming/ mopping/ making beds (with some limited clean sheets we found) and thus making do till Mon morning. It’s arguably forgivable to have a cleaning crew make mistake - what was unacceptable was to have nobody call us back till Mon mid morning despite numerous voicemails and emails over the weekend. The only reason I still rate them as good is because we got a 20% refund (though 2 of our 7 days there were by now ruined) and the property is a good clean modern one. But they really need to leave some emergency mobile number OR check their voicemail on weekends given most rentals run Sat to Sat! Another much smaller but irritating issue - the showers were badly designed in our apartment with very small shower panels so every shower results in the entire bathroom floor getting wet. A little less focus on aesthetics and a bit more attention to practicality would have helped

WIFI didn’t work all week, despite being advertised as part of the price.
