Refined luxury and warm hospitality. The location and views are spectacular, the hotel is beautifully finished and elegantly appointed, like a preserved gem from a royal era but with absolutely modern plumbing, airconditioning, wifi et al. The food is of a flavor and standard far higher than almost all international chains. But the key element is the outstanding hospitality of the team including Kartik, Yash, Steffi, Rohit and many others led by the service and operations vision of Mahendra Singh. What a marvellous stay they created for us.
We were disappointed that we had to return!

Very friendly staff , good food and great views from the hotel...
It had limited facilities including no gym and pool - is a pretty small property and it was off season...so expected the price to be more reasonable.

The property itself is beautiful, with incredible views that really make the experience special. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and the massage service was excellent — one of the highlights of the trip. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection.
Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was disappointing otherwise. The food served at lunch did not seem fresh, and I ended up with food poisoning after eating there.
That said, the property has a lot of charm, and with some improvements to the restaurant and food quality, it could easily become an even better stay experience.
